RAF Croughton Case Study

Oceanclean was awarded the cleaning contract for RAF Croughton, several years ago.

Oceanclean's service provision:

Oceanclean employs a site manager and a large team of cleaners and supervisors, to clean the US base near Northampton. The base comprises schools, offices, shops, a sports centre, medical centre, child-development centre and a youth centre.

In addition to daily cleaning, Oceanclean also carries out window-cleaning, carpet-cleaning and periodic deep cleaning. A handyman and catering assistant are also provided under this contract.

Key performance inspections (KPIs) are carried out by the site manager daily. Once a month, our senior services manager visits the site for a regular monthly quality meeting. Every quarter, the sales director and the commercial director attend the quality meetings, to ensure that the service which Oceanclean promised is being delivered.
