Modern Approach

Oceanclean have installed a fully integrated electronic document management system across it's entire IT framework.  The system has enabled all paperwork, files, documents etc to be stored centrally on the group server.  With over 10,000 file options, all our office now run a virtually paperless office environment.

Our service managers are being issued with handheld PDA's to enable them to produce tailor made reports on the quality and level of service provided to our clients. Prior to the start of any new contract, we work with our clients to identify how the reports should be constructed to meet our clients requirements.

By providing these facilities to our management team we have cut down the time spent filling in paper based reports and are able to spend more time with our clients and cleaning teams.
