Tyco

Following the successful working relationship with the facilities team in Tyco's prestigious offices in Basingstoke, Oceanclean we were invited to tender for, and were subsequently awarded, the cleaning contract for Tyco Healthcare in Gosport.

Oceanclean's service provision:

Oceanclean provides a full-facilities management service for Tyco. Our services currently include daily office-cleaning, cleaning of production areas and clean room, periodic and deep cleaning to all areas, pest control, grounds maintenance, complete washroom service, laundry service, window-cleaning and a waste-management service. Our service managers attend both sites regularly. Key performance indicators (KPIs) are carried out, with results collated and presented to our clients at monthly quality meetings.
