Contract Management

Supervision by local, external management and on-site management is key to the success of the service which we provide.

Our local services manager will visit customers' premises regularly, to meet the cleaners and clients, to ensure that we are providing the high-quality service which our customers have come to expect.

Oceanclean prides itself on providing a very flat reporting structure. All of our senior managers have PDA's with Windows mobile 5, giving our clients access to senior managers and directors 24-7.

Our commercial director is available to discuss the contract performance and to visit clients' sites, as required. A team of clerical staff provides support for the manager and helps to ensure that our contracts run smoothly.
